1998 Honda Accord EX - Runs Great! Great gas mileage, clean title. In SoCal!

I am the third owner of this great car. Despite a lot of mileage, his car remains reliable and easy to fix, tarts right up and runs well as is. This car has a lot of life in it.
The vehicle has some faults, lease read: 240K miles - this car is a wonderful and reliable vehicle. Regular oil changes and this car has never been in any major collisions, ith minor exterior/body faults. The transmission could use some work eventually, hen driven between 70-80 the vehicle will tend to have some shaking. The front left window should be replaced at some point as it doesn't properly go up and down. On the roof, he paint has some oxidation (please view pictures). There is a minor oil leak that requires a new seal. The door locks need to be re-calibrated but they do lock and unlock. There is a dent (also pictured) on the front left quarter panel.
All of these fixes can be fixed fairly easily. Otherwise this car has always maintained a solid 23-26mpg, nd drives great. Brakes are still good, nd the car has a relatively new set of tires that only have about 1,500 miles of wear on them. AC works fine but could use Freon.
