2011 Honda Accord Coupe EX 4 Cylinder Heated Seats Leather Excellent!

Up for grabs is a 2011 Honda Accord EX 4 cylinder coupe.
This car has been driven by my wife since it had about 17k miles on it. A lot of the miles were highway miles from when she drove between Gainesville and Tampa for school.
First some important features:

Condition:
My wife bought a package with the car that included free oil changes, o all oil changes have been done routinely, long with any other routine maintenance the dealer recommended during the visits.
This is a non-smokers vehicle, nd the inside is in excellent shape.
The paint is very good still. Only a few minor things to mention:
As seen in the pictures, here is a small chip from the paint on the passengers door handle, long with some very minor scratches in the handle from fingernails I believe, ut can probably be buffed out. The rear right fender has thin scratch that is about an inch long.
The most major paint issue is on the back bumper. There is a scratch that is about 5 inches long by 1/4 inch thick. It is not super noticeable.
Tires are in good shape. Engine runs excellent.
Lastly, itle condition:
There is a loan on this car through Suncoast Federal Credit Union. The buyer would have to join us at the bank and pay off the loan (which is less than the value of the car) with a cashier's check or wire, nd then the buyer would get the car and a bill of sale. We would then mail the title about a week later once the state releases it.
