'03 Honda Accord EX-L V6 in Great Condition

I'm selling my 2003 Honda Accord EX-L V6. I'm the 3rd owner, nd am selling it after having owned it for 2 and a half years due to relocation and resulting lack of need for a vehicle. It has 151,902 miles on it, nd is running fantastically.
It has always been maintained and cared for in accordance with Honda standards. The timing belt was changed at ~90k miles, nd the oil and filter was changed about 2500 miles ago. As you'll see in the pictures, here is a spare tire on the rear passenger side. This is due to a puncture on the previous tire, hich made it necessary for the tire's replacement, hough the wheel itself is absolutely fine. All 4 tires do need to be replaced, nd the brake pads should also be replaced, hich is why I have discounted the price. Cosmetically, he car is in quite good condition. There are a few nicks and scratches in various places (the most notable one pictured, xisting on the front passenger door). The passenger side seat heater works only on 'LO' mode, he back middle seatbelt is broken, nd there is a single 'star' on the windshield in the upper lefthand (driver's perspective) corner, hough it has not turned into a crack, nd can be easily repaired. It has never been in an accident, nd most of its time off the road has been spent in garages. It has never been driven on roads with excessive ice, nd has never been driven through floods/water. It truly is a great car, nd it has served me well on numerous lengthy roadtrips.
