2004 Porsche Cayenne S V8 - 124K miles- PCA owner - All maintenance SUPER CLEAN

I am selling my 2004 Porsche Cayenne S.
This has the 350hp V8 which definitely has turned out to be one of the most desirable Porsche motors. Everybody that bought the V-6 regrets the lack of power and the TwinTurbo is just far too much maintenance so this is like the Goldilocks motor. It is definitely not slow!I've had all varieties of cars, nd for the money you can't find a faster more reliable and classier vehicle.
This is a one-owner car. PCA member and dedicated to the brand. All required maintenance has been done on time and it's never been serviced anywhere besides Porsche in Redwood City California. All of the receipts for the work will be included with the sale.The Carfax shows 4 owners- that's because the original owner purchased it as a lease, hen paid the residual and transferred it to hisbusiness. I have that original receipt showing that the person who bought it is still on the title.
All 27 factory options (except the snow package and the now-obsolete navigation cell phones) In 2004 the "park control" option was available, utonly in the later models. So it's somewhat of a stretch, ut basically it has every option that people actually bought. :-)
There has never been any accident history nor any title problems of any sort. The interior is exceptionally clean and something you can definitely be proud of. No funky smells or rips or tears. Oem floor mats with heavy duty Oem floor liners (hard, ense rubber to catch the mud) The exterior is basically just like new -it doesn't have a single dent or scratch anywhere on the car. Not even any rock chips in the bumper.Bring a white glove to inspect this one, rust me.
Everything on the car works exactly as it supposed to.

:::: 130k mile service completed November 2015 ($1800 service)
:::: transmission and cooling system serviced March 2015 ($1250)

I have receipts for all the work as well as the original books and records that come with the car.
I will put this car up against any Cayenne S in the country at the same price.
You aren't going to find another Cayenne S with all 27 options for less money, nd certainly not at this price. You can always tell which Porches that are owned by the fans and which one are owned by people who probably should've bought a Chevrolet. This is certainly owned by a fan.
Please only serious buyers. I will consider interesting trades but they have to exceed the asking price.
If you want a hard loaded cayenne in a hard to find price point with zero issues... This is your car.
