2005 Honda Civic EX **Special Edition One Owner* Very Nice

Here I have for sale a 2005 Honda civic Ex Special Edition that I am listing for my mother. She bought the car back in 2004 Brand new off the Honda Lot. It is a one owner and never been neglected. Always been well maintained and regular oil changes were done. Back in 2013 the car was equipped with a Low mileage motor bought from a Jdm Engine dealer in Maryland. My stepfather (A mechanic for over 30 years) Professionally installed the motor. The motor at the time had 50-75k on it. This was her backup car so in the past couple years she has not put more then 5 to 10k miles on it. Timing belt,water pump,tensioner was all replaced before installing the motor along with the intake gasket and exhaust gasket. The transmission shifts smooth as butter. She also just had a new radiator installed in the past couple weeks to.
The interior of the car is also in beautiful shape. Couple small things like CD player buttons are a little worn (the numbers) but still works flawlessly. The headliner in falling a little bit to but my be fixed before sale of the car. She is very against smoke so the car was never smoked in and always kept clean.
The exterior is also in really nice shape for its age. Shortly after she bought the car she backed into someone puncturing the bumper cover. It was repaired and repainted. Other then that she has never been into an accident with it. Minor rock chips here and there and a small ding or two but nothing majorly noticeable. It is inspected (until when i dont know) but if its due to run out soon it will be reinspected for the new owner.
Overall the car will last another 2 to 300 thousand miles. The body of the car may have high miles but the heart (motor) is what matters. It was always maintained and taken care of and that is what makes a vehicle last a long time. You will not find another Civic in this year as nice as this one.
