2000 Honda CRV, 5 speed stick shift

I'm the 2nd owner, sed it for daily commute in Maine, uns well, rives straight, ut noisy with some surface rust. Check engine light has been on for years, was told it was an oxygen sensor. Oil changed regularly, ar has been maintained to pass annual inspections. Recent new parts include front strut and spring assemblies, ront brake pads and rotors, lternator. Two sets of tires, et on car needs to be replaced with the 2nd set, hich are worn but still have 1,000 miles or so left on them. Decent spare tire. This car is a good reliable beater, verything works as it should but sold as is. Maine state inspection valid until August.
