50mpg 92 Honda Civic VX Hatchback Hybrid killer hatch

I'm selling my 92 Honda Civic VX. It has 208. 00 miles on it and has no check engine lights and has tons of upgrades to it all done by the previous owner. I bought the car like 4 years ago and have just been driving it. It never gave me any problems. and doesn't need anything. The engine runs great. the clutch is tight and grabs very well. and the transmission shifts perfectly like it should. It is Pennsylvania inspected until April of this year and I don't see why it wouldn't pass when it is due. This car has the potential to get 60+ miles to the gallon on regular gasoline. and it doesn't have any hybrid battery to worry about. I drive it and do about 70 on the highway and it gets about 42+/- average. If I drove it a little slower it would see 50. I drive it during the week from wilmington. DE to new Jersey. so if you would like to come and take a look at it let me know. The only reason I am selling this car is because I got a sweet deal on another civic. I still drive this civic to work once or twice a week so the mileage will increase. I have driven this car everywhere and wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. The more I drive this car the more I question if I really like the newer civic I bought off of my friend. I haven't raced. or done anything to this civic. Just drove it and did some basic maintenance to it. I change the oil in this car every 3000 miles. Yes there is rust on the wheel wells. but its not too crazy. Here is a list of the things the previous owner did to the car.
