Mechanic Owned & Maintained - Rare - Runs/Drives Great, just needs some TLC

Up for auction is a rare, ard to find 1999 Honda Prelude. This is the base model Prelude and has been mechanic owned and repaired. It starts right up and runs like a clock. Drives great; perfectly mechanically sound. As Prelude enthusiasts know, t sits low to the ground and handles like a champ. New muffler. New front brakes and rotors. Tires have just 5k on them with plenty of life left.
As with any 17 year-old car there are some small paint chips on the body; very minimal rust. Mostly original paint job - it's a cool silvery blue; like a very subtle purple. Car had minor damage to the driver's side door and had some body work done years ago. The interior could use a good cleaning; there are some tears in the black cloth seats and the leather steering wheel is worn. The front driver's side fender needs to be fixed - have the part; but it needs to be re-attached. Comes with factory CD changer; but it doesn't work properly - CD cartridge might need replacing...but who's listening to CDs nowadays? That said; the stereo in there is the factory original and it still sounds nice. Alpine!
A little TLC can have this thing tip top; mostly a good detailing inside and out.
Car is on display and can be visited in-person at Tony's Honda at 1935 US Route 22 W Scotch Plains, J 07076. Come correct with cash in-hand and I'll end the listing early and sell it; but no low ballers. Not going to sell it for less than the starting bid.

Vehicle can be picked up at the shop during regular business hours M-F 8AM to 6 PM and Sat from 9 AM to 1 PM.
Car can be shipped at the buyer's expense. Potential shipping, axes, icense, ags, itle, tc are NOT included in the winning bidder's price. Winning bid gets just the awesome ride.
Failure to collect the vehicle within 14 days after making the deposit may result in loss of deposit and a re-listing of the item; as will sketchy payment methods. We'll take cash or bank check or cash. No trades. No personal checks, itcoins, earer bonds, embrandts, tc.
