• We inspect the vehicles when the vehicles are donated, nd we work hard to describe the vehicle to the best of our knowledge.
• Cars2Charities will provide you with all the DMV paperwork that you will need in order to register the vehicle.
• Cars2Charities will provide all California buyers with either a Smog Certificate at the cost of $58.25 (paid by the buyer) or a "certificate of non-compliance". Smog test will be done after vehicle is sold and we determine that a California buyer has purchased the vehicle. Please call after you purchase the vehicle to request the smog test.

• This vehicle is a custom vehicle. Many things have been modified on the vehicle.
• The engine runs and drives good. The transmission shifts smooth and all the power windows and door locks work. The A/C blows cold air..
• The exterior of the Honda Element has been modified. The original color was Silver and it has been painted black metallic with flames. The 2 front door exterior handles have been removed and a special switch on the alarm key fob has been installed to open the left front door. The right front door can only be opened by opening the left door and reaching inside and opening the right door.
• The paint looks really nice, t has a good shine, ut some of the areas have some issues with the paint starting to crack or chip (see pictures)
• The front suspension needs work, ost likely the front struts are bad, he front end makes noise and vibrates when driving.
• The tires are at 10% and need to be replaced.
• The AIR BAG light is on, n the dashboard.

Title Info:

• California Clear Title - buyer will recieve a Application For Duplicate title paperwork to be able to register vehicle in CA. If you are an out of state buyer, he donor can get a new title, ut buyer will have to wait 2 weeks to get the new title and it will cost an additional $100 for the new title
• CA registration expired 05/2016
• Smog certificate with title for CA buyers.
• DMV fees, egistration fees, ransfer fees, ate penalties and smog fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Payment and Fees:

• Each vehicle will be charged a $75 buyer fee on top of the winning bid.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• A deposit must be made within 24-48 hours of winning bid.
• Deposit can be made using Paypal online. The balance of the winning bid and buyer fee will be paid at the time of pick up, f you are local.
• All payments, xcept the deposit, ill need to be made by certified funds. This means: Only Cash, ashiers check, r Money order can be accepted.

Delivery of your purchased vehicle:

• Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of your winning bid.
• If vehicle is not paid for and picked up in 3 business days, storage fee of $25 per day will be assessed on the purchase.
• Please call to make arrangements if you are having difficulty picking up the vehicle.

Transport:

• We offer nationwide transport services to all our buyers, nd we can deliver vehicles to a port for international buyers. Please call us or email for a quote.
• No storage fees will be charged on any vehicle that will be transported through Cars2Charities.
