2004 Honda Civic EX 1.7L Fiji Blue Pearl

Offered for sale....2004 Honda Civic EX(Fiji Blue Pearl) SOHC 1.7L - 5 speed manual gear box transmission. Car was purchased in 2011 with 64,000 miles on it. Much time and work has gone into this vehicle. The frame has 105,813 (7/8/16) miles on it.A new engine was installed which has only been driven 36,000 registered miles (engine has certificate of used mileage - as seen in pictures).This car was originally intended for the race-boy in me but I settled for a fun, asy to maintain, asy to drive, aily driving automobile. Cons... -P2647(Rocker Arm Actuator Control System Stuck on - Bank 1)- this code is being thrown because my previous D17A2 engine had a VTEC solenoid to engage while my new motor which is non-VTEC D17A1 does not. With the right ECU swapped for this motor(D17A1), believe this code will go away. -P1324 - bad knock sensor -P0141(Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2) -No driver side airbag (Race wheel) -Some small rust spots (initial stages) -Paint swirl marks -Back bumper has bubbled paint -May need alignment -Passenger back right brake drum squeals -Squeaky alternator belt during start up and while running defroster/AC -The car door/rear speakers do not draw any power since I have removed the stock amplifier. Will need to purchase a class D - 4 channel amplifier or have the speakers re-wired to be able to listen to music through the in dash.
