Description |

I bought this car right here on eBay in back in 2014 when I was struggling with a really severe addiction to fixing up old Hondas. This one was rough, and still is, but I've fixed a lot and there is potential here.
I installed:
New front fendersNew hoodNew front bumper coverNew Depo headlightsNew Depo turn signalsNew OEM taillightNew OEM Door pillar trimNew "thin" side door mouldingsNew driver and passenger mirrorsNew radio antennaNew front rotorsNew front calipersNew front padsNew eBay headerNew eBay test pipeUsed Magnaflow CatbackUsed Civic DX gauge cluster (reads less than actual mileage)
The car needs body work as can be seen in the pictures. The car is actually pretty rust free on the undercarriage and everywhere else besides the quarters.
The backing plates for the rear drums are also rusted. I tried to fix them as best I could, but the rear brakes do pulsate if you have to hit them hard above 65mph. I had planned to just buy a used set of integra rear trailing arms with discs and swap them over.
Other than the aforementioned issues, it runs pretty well. I put about 10,000 miles on it and it never missed a beat. Steering and suspension still feel tight to me. The steering rack especially.
The 1992 Si seats purchased and installed are in great shape. The front cupholder is broken, and the panels near the rear seat have speaker holes cut into them by the previous owner.
I've tried to describe everything to the best of my ability. I paid $750 and I've put a bunch into as you can see, I'm not expecting to make all my money back, but I'm also not going to give the car away.
Sold with bill of sale only, Connecticut does not issue titles on cars that are over 20 years old.
Vehicle will be available for pickup on August 7th in Greenwich CT, but I can also deliver the car within a reasonable distance for free, as long as you arrange it with me before the end of the auction.
The car does not come with any of the wheels in the pictures or the mudflaps. It comes with steel, silver, OEM 94 Civic DX 13" wheels. The wheels are really in excellent shape, the tires will get you where you're going, but should be replaced.
Good luck bidding!
The following pictures represent the rust in the quarter panels, and the condition of the car when I bought it.
