1993 Honda del Sol Si

1993 Honda del Sol Si for sale by original owner. I bought this car brand new off the showroom floor and have taken great care of it ever since. Car has been well maintained - oil changed like clockwork every 3 mos/3K miles - and have only used 93 octane gas. Car has been driven on special occasions only (once or twice a month) for the past 14 years and has been indoor garaged for its entire life.
Car runs and looks great! I am only selling it now because I never drive anymore. Exterior is in very good shape - Honda Milano red; body has no rust, only a few minor dings, and some light pitting/chipping around the nose. Has all 4 factory-original splash guards and hubcaps (wheel lock included). Interior - black fabric with grey and red - is also in very good shape. There is some natural wear on the seats but no tears at all (the original floor mats are a little discolored and frayed). There is a small dent in the dash above the glovebox (can be viewed in pics). Comes with custom-installed in-dash AM/FM radio plus cassette player with removable faceplate and a 5-disc CD changer mounted in the trunk. There are 4 interior speakers, but only one is currently working. (Note: there are a few parking decals on the windshield, as well as one externally below the trunk). Spare tire and jack stored in trunk in custom compartments. And this is the classic del Sol Si with the great suspension and a 14-pound removable roof that fits easily in a suspended rack in the trunk and turns the car into an awesome convertible.
Car was inspected in March 2016 (all pics are also from March) and has had the following recent updates:
* 2014: New battery, distributor, fuel filter, timing belt, water pump, front springs/struts, rear control arms (metallic orange), thermostat (heat and AC work great!)
* 2015: New clutch, ignition coil
* 2016: New front drive axles
This car is for local pick-up only and must be picked up within 6 days of sale, Monday through Saturday between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The buyer should bring a valid driver's license (for notarized, in-person title transfer) and be prepared to take the car that day (my plates will be removed and insurance cancelled at that time).
Full payment is expected on the day of pick-up or prior. Sorry, no refunds.

Please note that Edmunds and VinAudit describe the engineas1.6L L4 DOHC 16V but theoriginalowner's manual (which I still have) lists it as SOHC. This is the original del Sol Si 1993 engine kept running in terrific shape with normal maintenance and upkeep.
