NOTE! AS OF AUGUST 20th NEW DRIVER AIRBAG IS INSTALLED!
I bought this car new from a Honda Dealer in the Los Angeles area, who have done almost all the service to the car, the only exception being a new battery about a year ago, and tires (yokohamas, much better than the stock tires) about 2 years ago.
The biggest change I've made to the car is the sound system, its been completely replaced. The stock radio has been replaced with an Alpine iLX-007 Apple CarPlay head unit, great for iPhone users. An Alpine KTP-445 mini amp powers 4 Infinity speakers (pair of component speakers in the front, 2 way in the rear) very clean mids and highs, and for bass a JL Audio Amp and 10 inch sub in a custom box. The door speakers have been installed with Dynamat to help reduce rattle and improved clarity. The sound is clear at low volumes and can get pretty loud, but not glass rattling and obnoxious. This system with equipment and labor is worth almost $2000.
I have made some cosmetic customizations...
The side and rear windows have been professionally tinted using 3M ceramic tint which does a much better job at blocking UV and is very durable. I have had the tint for over 5 years, and there is no signs of pealing or bubbling.
The rear wiper has been removed, I found it to be useless in the rain, and it ruined the curve and shape the car. It comes down to taste, but I think it make the car look a lot nicer. I do not have the motor or the wiper any longer, but all the wiring and switches are in place still.
I replaced the antenna with a fin style piece, with matching paint.
No accidents of any kind. The car has some minor scratches, all of which could easily be buffed out. It could use a good polish and waxing, but looks nice as is. Nothing but the typical blemishes that come from daily use for 6 plus years. I have included some pictures to show some the blemishes. And of course being a SoCal car, it is free of rust.
I will include the original radio, a set of Tanabe lowering springs I never installed, and all the maintenance records.
If you have questions, or what to see more pictures or see it in person, call me 818 373 9293
I'd prefer a local buyer, but if you are from out of state, any arrangements or cost of shipping will be your (the buyer) responsibility.
