2004 Honda Civic SiR Very low miles, LQQK!

Vehicle is in immaculate condition, though it does have a few minor blemishes due to age, it is a very low mile example, rare Canadian marquee SiR, similar to US Si, however engine is in different state of tune for approx 230 hp. Is VERY nimble and fast, but not lightning quick like a V8 with gobs of torque. Undercarriage is super clean with no curb rash or scrapes, period! Shifts are smooth, clutch is accurate, smooth and on par as the day it was new! Owned by me for over 10 years, and I'm a lightweight dude who doesn't smoke and I've Never let anyone drive this car but me, and I don't ever eat in it either! Factory plastic is still on floorboards! Everything about this car is great, original stereo /cd player works perfect, owners guide/manuals in glove box, and I might even have factory brochure and window sticker, if I can find it. The SiR is a rare bird, and if kept tucked away with low miles, will only appreciate in value. Vehicle is road worthy, fresh fluids, cold a/c, 80% tread life left on oem Michelin tires, brakes perfect, drives straight down the road, and very stable car.
