1997 Honda Accord w/bad transmission

1997 Honda Accord DX with approx. 188. 00 miles. Engine has been well maintained and vehicle is in mechanically good shape except for transmission. I have had two independent local mechanics give me an estimate. Both mechanics said the transmission has a bad torque converter. Whole transmission needs to be replaced. repair will cost approx. $1. 00. The vehicle will start and run. and can be driven onto a trailer. etc. . but I wouldn't recommend trying to drive it home. For sale AS IS. Parts car or repair and drive. I am the original owner. The vehicle has only been in one minor accident 9 years ago.
