LOW MILEAGE ONLY 35K Miles New Formula Red (NFR) Single Owner car

I have a 2005 NFR in very good shape. Car has been a single owner car since new. All maintenance has been done by Honda. It is on the second set of tires which was also replace by Honda using the OEM speced Potenza.
It has always been a southern car and garaged majority of its life. I work at home and have 2 other cars which keeps the mileage down.
These cars are getting more rare and will only go up in value.
The title is in hand. Will only allow test drive with proof of funds.

Car has always been garaged and rarely has a passenger in the passenger seat.
Sony Radio Headunit with BT connectivity to stream music as well as Modifry DCI for the controls.Never had any aftermarket modification done minus Radio to replace the awful factory one.

Has a paint chip on passenger side fender which has been touched up. I did not want to repaint it since that really drops the value of the car in terms of being original paint. I will leave that for the new owner to decide. However it has touch up paint on it and not really noticeable unless you look at it up close.
Rear bumper has 3 spot of touch up paint from rock chips.
Steering wheel has some light scratches on from ring at the 7-8 o clock position. Very hard to see it but wanted to disclose it anyways
Only have one key for it. If i find second set in the process of moving, I will mail to new owner
