2000 Honda Civic HX Excellent MPG

I have a 2000 Civic HX (Automatic CVT Transmission) Coupe up for grabs...
It's not perfect, it's been bumped from behind but the trunk still closes and almost looks unharmed on the outside. Also a little bit of side swipe action on the passenger side. Nothing major as far as the exterior goes. The Interior is in excellent condition as well besides a cigarette burn in the driver side seat right where your right leg would be.I am a non-smoker so the car does not have any kind of odor on the inside.Last but not least the A/C does need a recharge.
Now onto the good which outweighsthe bad...
*Passed MD state inspection and emissions this year.
*Gets 35 mpg city and 43 highway because its the HX model.
*145k original miles and will go up slightly since it's my daily driver.
*Low mileage JDM transmission swapped in a few months ago. (Have receipts) 45-50 k miles on it.
*Paint is in amazing condition for it's age. NO clear coat fading issues anywhere on the car.
The Engine is very healthy, no ticking or smoking at all. Oil changes have been done regularly. No burning oil smells/ gasoline smells. Hondas seem to be indestructible if you just keep up with the regular maintenance.

Engine rear main seal replaced
New Denso thermostat
New Denso ignition plug wires
New Denso Platinum TT Plugs
Brand new Front/Rear brake pads/rotors.
New engine air filter
Oil change recently
Tires are newish
Brand new headlights to lift the face
Brand new black OEM floor mats
JVC head unit
Clean MD Title
