Up for bid with a No reserve absolute auction is a low mile 2001 Honda S 2000 convertible. Car runs and drives Excellent Engine: runs greatTransmission:is a 6 speed manual that will not go into six gear. Not sure why. This problem must be common because its all over the internet. I have talked to many mechanics and it could be a simple fix bur on 5th gear or shift cable/linkage or worse case a transmission replacement/overhaul. There are used transmissions out there for low cost just needs a good mechanic to install it. Body: pretty straight for a 14 plus year old car. Front bumper has some scuffs from hitting a curb stop. Paint is nice for its age. Top: Good shape for the year one bad spot (very small) see photo. Top does not leak. Interior: Very nice for its age. There is one small hole in the carpet that is covered by the floor mat. Drivers seat has some wear and a very small cut about a 1/2 inch. Tires: Very good shape. ABS light is on not sure why I started the car up the last time and it was on. This is a nice car for someone that has the ability to fix it at a very low starting price. I am selling as is because of the transmission issue. If this car is not what I say it is when you come pick it up I will refund your deposit via pay pal with in 24 hours. I can not be more fair than that.
