You can save your self money reconditioning it yourself, or leaving it alone because it is definitely good enough!!! I am being extremely picky for you.

EXCELLENT MECHANICAL CONDITION, No Rust, No Signs of frequent or extreme off-roading. There are no signs that this was an off-road pig. If you drive the vehicle, look underneath it, and look at the whole body of work so to speak, it will be evident to you as well. Look at the other ones, they all look "Great" online, buyer beware... Drive it on atleast a 5 mile test drive up to speed of atleast 65 miles per hour, do turning circles, slam on the brakes, test the 4X4 modes, don't just buy one because you think it looks pretty.
Excellent Interior
New Alternator, and our preferred service center owner confirmed excellent mechanical condition.
Excellent Shifting Transmission, 4WD, and Engine, Extremely Low Amount of creaks and rattles for the year-mileage-weight of vehicle. The beat-to-crap Hummers are very noisy.
Cons:
$200 Labor needed to clean and re-space wheel sensors, you can probably do it yourself too. You have to disconnect the speed sensors, clean/blow them out with air, and re-space back in the thickness of a business card, this will get the ABS-TT4 light off. Nothing is wrong, it just gets dirty and was a common service ticket at Hummer.
Gorgeous/yet crappy paint-job. Yellow with Metallic Flake Paint, but there are runs in the paint, not the best job I've seen.
The usual suspects of owning an H1. Plastic moldings breaking here and there on interior. Common ones I've seen are typically at the door locks, door handles, etc... A some power window switches are inconsistent, but this is common, and usually labor only... a loose wire, fuse. This happens with ALL of them. My cost of ownership was $5,000 when I owned one, but I went off-roading frequently, put 13,000 miles on it in one year... so I was lucky. You could have a cheaper cost of ownership. I will also send the right buyer to my Hummer Tech friend in Tarrant County and you can pay him for random items.
One of the power windows is currently down about 3 inches, driver's rear door.
A power lock isn't working.
I can't hear the radio audio, previous owner says it's user error. Haven't figured it out yet. I think a wire is disconnected under the hood.
A $150,000 2006 Hummer H1 Alpha with only 20,000 miles might still have some of these same items. Even if you don't get this one, I am educating you on Hummer H1. If someone tells you the one your looking at is perfect, they are lying or just don't know.
