2009 Hummer H3T 4X4 Alpha, 5.3L V8 With Navagation, Rear Camera, Moonroof, Rare

Selling my 2009 Hummer H3T with Alpha package 4x4 truck.

I am the 2nd owner. I got it with 24k on it. This is an extremely rare truck. Look up the history on these and you will see.

There were only 692 H3T produced for the 2009 model year (built in 2008, but not offered for sale until 09). Only 20% had the 5.3L V8 motor (A true necessity if you really want to consider this a 4x4 truck that can do anything on road or off). So out of 140 with the V8, only 90 had the Alpha package and out of that 90, only 20 were painted in the Solar Flare Metallic paint like this one.

So to sum it up, there were at one point probably 20 trucks like this in the U.S.- I'm not sure how many survived, but this one was babied by me for the last 110k miles.

And as far as I can tell, this is the only V8, H3T with the Alpha package for sale on this site at this time.

Definitely a future classic.

Not a spec of rust on this truck, zero dents, zero dings. (Still has 3 years left on factory rust through warranty).

Do not let the mileage on this truck fool you. ThisHummer runs next to new and the way I have maintained and cared for this truck, it is ready for another 135k miles. As anyone that knows these engines will tell you, they are noted for going 200-250k as a rule, and some have been known to go 300k miles with this 8 cylinder motor. The motor is strong, the truck handles as it should, and the suspension is just right. It has not been driven off-road to the best of my knowledge. (Like I said I got it with 24k, bought it from a Toyota dealer, it was like new at the time, and they said it had never been used off road).

I am only selling this due to the fact that it has been my main source of transportation for a while, and I am having to travel more and more. I do not want to rack up the miles on this beauty, but can’t afford 2 high priced trucks. I would also like to see a collector put this away for the future, because it is so rare. If you are a collector or a truck enthusiast, I’m sure you know what I mean.

There is probably more that I'm forgetting. (If you can, zoom in on the factory window sticker picture, you'll see it all except for the cargo rack, the off-road lights, the step bars and the remote start.

This is a well-maintained and well cared for vehicle.

The window sticker says 13 MPG city and 16 MPG highway, however I have never gotten less than 14 or more than 16 MPG during my ownership. (This could be because I do 90% Highway driving, not sure). It was getting 16 regularly for about 2 years then dropped to 15, I got a tune up (missing receipt at this time) and it jumped right back up to 16 MPG. That to me confirms the A1 condition of this truck as well.

This truck is solid.It runs quiet and smooth, accelerates and shifts as it should. All electronics, lights and accessories are in good working order. A/C blows cold and the heat blows hot.

This Truck is ready for work or play and another 135k miles!

This truck is as unmolested as they come. I’ve never wavered from factory size and style items on or in any area of the truck. Same tire and wheel size as factory, no lift kits, no engine modifications or anything. The only things that did not ship with this truck were replaced with the OEM parts when they failed. The only exception to this would be the remote starter system that I added.

Original owners manual and all documentation pictured here is included in the sale.

I will rate the various parts of thetruck on a scale of 1-10 with ten of course being perfect.

· Body=9

· Motor=9.5

· All around mechanicals=9.5

· Tires=8

· Interior=9.5

The body is very straight with no rust to be found. I would have given the body a 10 except for the normal road chip or scratch on the tailgate protector or bed rails. The wheel wells, undercarriage and under hood areas are extremely clean.

The truck has never been hit or in an accident. (There was one insurance claim I submitted in 2015 when some road debris cracked a piece of plastic at the back of the original step bar on the drivers side). I am not sure if this will show up or not on an Auto Check report or Car Fax, but thought I should mention it.

Motor is in extremely good condition, would have given it a 10, but how can you on any vehicle that is 7 years old?

All around mechanicals, same rating as the motor. Would be a 10 except for the age.

This truck has never had a fluid leak of any type.

If you look at the pictures of the engine compartment, you will see an undetailed motor compartment, with nothing more than dirt and dust under the hood. No grease, grime, damp looking areas. Nothing to hide here.

The tires have good tread I would say at least 70%. The wheels are 2-3 years old but very presentable for factory wheels.

(I bought a new old stock set to put on when the original wheels got pitted).

The interior is near mint. It smells new, every thing is clean and working.

Most people won't believe this but: The interior is near perfect. Why? Because it has never been smoked in, there has never even been food eaten in it, there has never been coffee or soda spilt in it.

Ask my family, the only thing allowed to be consumed in this truck is water. Nothing else. No ifs, ands or buts!

Honest to God, if you knew nothing about this truck, you’d assume it was 2-4 years old based on appearance, performance and features.

I actually get asked at gas stations, stoplights, parking lots etc. “What is that thing?” Did they just start making those again? Is that custom?

Hopefully you think like me and most other people that have seen or been in this truck. It may not be one of a kind, but it is close to it. And because of all of these factors I did not consider current book value when pricing this truck. I do believe this will be a firm investment in the future for the person making the best offer on my truck. I live by the old adage that a car, truck, house, boat or even an R.V., are all worth "what someone is willing to pay for it today", and therefore I also think this is a fair asking price for me and the buying public. You be the judge. I have represented this unique bad boy as honestly as a seller can.

This is flat out a reliable and dependable 4-season vehicle. As a matter of fact, I am so convinced that this is a dependable truck, I am willing to offer to drive theHummer to you anywhere in the U.S. up to 3200 miles from 02360 for .50 per mile, calculated one way. The return trip is at my expense.(Beyond that distance buyer would be better off paying a transport company. Most of them can ship from/to any area of the country for $500-$1800.00). But otherwise; I will deliver it personally. The person you are paying is the person that will show up with it within 1-4 weeks of full payment.

For those flying, busing or taking a train into the area to pickup the Truck, I am willing to pick you up in Boston Ma, Providence RI, or even Manchester NH. But you have to communicate with me in advance to schedule the pick up. I work days, and go to school nights, but I will make the time to pick you up if I have notice.

If you plan on having an auto transport company pick it up, I will work with them, and can even bring it to one of 3-4 local transportation centers for you if you choose not to pay for door-to-door service. (Some companies only offer terminal-to-terminal service depending on where you live etc.).
