White with Manual Transmission

Hello Everyone-
Up for sale is my father's 2012 Hyundai Veloster manual transmission hatchback. He unfortunately is now in an assisted living home and physically unable to drive, o I am selling the car for him. Starting the auction at no reserve and it'll be sold to the highest bidder. Car has been strictly an Arizona vehicle since he first purchased it brand new and is now being stored in my Austin, X garage.
In hopes of making sure there's no surprises, 've listed any/all wear and tear below.
- Needs general alignment.- Driver's seat and armrest are dirty and could use a good cleaning. The rest of the interior has virtually no wear and in extremely good condition.- The lower side skirt area below the driver's side quarter panel has a 2-3 foot scrape/dent from my father getting too close to the curb while pulling up to an ATM machine. (Please see photos)- There are a few small scrapes/door dings on the driver's side that my father tried to touch-up using a paint pen. (Please see photos)- Typical curb rash on all 4 wheels.
My father religiously changed the oil and there are no mechanical issues whatsoever. Aside from the mentioned cosmetic damage, his car is in incredible shape.
