1995 Hyundai Accent w/ Much Body Damage and clear title. No Reserve!

Up for auction is a 1995 Hyundai Accent 4 door coupe with the 1.5L engine, n automatic transmission and air conditioning that does not blow cold air. It has 128,000 original miles and is a Texas rust free car.

This car was in a collision with a deer in 2014 and hasn’t been on the road since. It has significant front end body damage as you can see by the photos. The radiator does not seem to be damaged and is still filled with antifreeze.

Because of the windshield damage and passenger window missing, here is now significant mold throughout much of the interior. I would say that none of the interior is salvageable. You would be purchasing this vehicle for its usable engine, rive train, xhaust, ires and other parts like the door panels, ear quarter panels, ear end body parts and glass. All of the door handles are broken.

This car passed Texas vehicle safety inspection when it was on the road last (see photo of inspection sticker) and the engine, ransmission, rakes, ngine cooling system, xhaust and tires all were in very good (if not excellent) condition and performed as they should. The car still starts and putters around the property fine but hasn’t been on the road since the accident. When it was started and driven around it was only to keep things working and was done so about once every four to six months. The engine always starts reliably but the battery is pretty much done by now. All the tires have much tread on them, ave even wear, nd hold air fine.

This car has a clear title. It is NOT a salvage title. At the time of the accident the car was insured with only liability so the insurance company was never contacted about the deer incident. That means that if you want, ou can repair this car, egister it with no problem and drive it.

Bring a trailer or tow dolly to get this car home. I’m sure that you would be able to drive it on the road anywhere you want to go, ut it is completely illegal to do so because of the damaged windshield, angling and damaged lights, o front bumper, tc.

You will be very happy with this car but please understand that you are buying it as is, ith no warranties and no returns. I’ve done my best to explain exactly what you are getting. If you have any questions please ask before bidding and I’ll answer as accurately as I can.

Payment is due in full via Paypal within three days of auction close or cash in person if you show up sooner. Do not bid if you cannot do this or come to me with any hard luck stories if you can't. Pickup of the car is to happen on or before Monday, arch 28, 016, ith no exceptions. The car is located in Cedar Creek, exas 78612. If you cannot pick up by that date please do not bid. I am selling this car because I need it gone from the property by then. Also understand that if you purchase the car and it is still here on Tuesday, arch 29th, ou are in breach of our agreement.
