Description

For sale a 2012 CTS-V Wagon 6AT in Raven black with midnight wheels and yellow Calipers, ue to my time crunch, his will only be listed for 5 days.
The car has 44K miles, am the second owner. I put in weather tech floor mats, ront clear bra, nd a K&N air filter, therwise the car is stock. This is a non-recaro, on-sunroof car
Still has the remaining 100K power train warranty.
I used to work as a car detailer and it gets washed weekly, full polish every 12 months and minor detail every 6 or less months. The interior gloss black plastics have a tendency to pick of scratches easily, o I removed them all and polished all the scratches out from the previous owner.
The car is used and has some rock chips and blemishes, ut nothing major.
Known issues:
I had new tires installed and the wheels repainted in January, took the car to it's only HPDE day in May, n the second session brake fluid leaked out of the brake calipers due to the bleeder screws not being tight enough. I tightened them and didn't have any more issues, ut brake fluid got out of the calipers in different degrees and harmed the finish on the weeks. 3 wheels could probably need to be repainted if depending on level of OCD. I have a friend who is a professional wheel guy and he did all 4 wheels for $500 last time.
The clear coat on the front right capliper is damaged near the bleeder screw and the caliper needs to be replaced or repainted. A new caliper is $325 or to have all 4 repainted is $425.
The Outmost edge of the front tires is worn from the HPDE day, ut the rest of the tire is fine, 500 for new front tires.
I think the brake pads got overheated, hey still work fine but leave allot of deposits behind now and it creates the "warped rotor" feel at high speeds. $1000 for all new rotors and pads, ith 2 piece front rotors.
The price is $41K as is, irm or I fix everything for $43K Firm.
