2005 hyundai accent 27,000 original miles

Up For Sale is a 2005 Hyundai Accent with 27,475 Original Miles
I believe we are the second owners of this car.
My son has owned the car for the past year.
We purchased the vehicle with 8,000 original Miles on it in 2016.
He drove back and forth from the Detroit area to MSU (Lansing) for this year and has put just under 20,000 Highway miles on the vehicle.
We have had no issues with the vehicle and are only selling it because he is moving to Downtown Chicago and will not need a vehicle.
Missing one hubcap, in which I have purchased a set of matching four from an auto store that will be in stock later this week.
Some stains on the seats as shown in the photos
Drivers side sun visor, the clip to hold it in place is cracked.
Missing the spare tire.
Radio included, but speakers are blown. (not sure front or rear) Original to vehicle.
AC Runs Great !Radio Works and is less than one year old.
