SO THEY PUT IN A NEW BATTERY IN THE CAR ONLY TO REALIZE THE STARTER WAS THE PROBLEM. THEY DECIDED TO PART WITH THE CAR AND TRADED IT IN TO OUR DEALERSHIP FOR A NEW VEHICLE. NO RESERVE AUCTION!
