2009 Infiniti FX35 AWD 31k miles, Navigation, Sunroof, THEFT RECOVERY TX

My wife ( 210bran ) has decided she wants to sell her 2009 Infiniti FX35 in order to purchase a Range Rover Evoque. This is my wife's 2nd FX 35 (she loves them) but she is ready for something a tad different. This Infiniti is All Wheel Drive, utomatic with manual paddles and has around 31,425 miles (will change slightly). Has had New Optima battery March 2015, New tires put on in Nov 2015, ew ceramic brakes in July 2015 and a New K&N air filter Dec 2015. It has Navigation, luetooth, M capacity, ower front seats, eated and cooled front seats, eyless entry, ush button start, elescoping and tilt steering wheel, P3 player, emory driver seat, unroof and more. Fun to drive but time for something different.
Her favorite feature: when you start the vehicle, he steering wheel and the seat move to the position that she has set in memory. When turning off, he steering wheel and driver seat move back to allow more room to exit vehicle. Very few vehicles have this option.
Now for the bad... This vehicle was a THEFT RECOVERY vehicle. When she purchased it and registered it in Texas, he state gave her a Rebuilt title.
~ Damage to the front passenger fender (assuming from accident reported when recovered (see photo) Hood and bumper both have the vin number on them so assuming they are original. Not sure where vin number would be on fenders so can't check to see if original or not.
~ There is a scratch on both the driver seat and front passenger seat from the button on a pair of jeans.
~ Steering wheel radio channel control is not working (hasn't worked since she purchased the vehicle). Cruise control and phone option on steering wheel do work.
~ Passenger front plastic piece was attached by previous person with some kind of glue or something (see photo) Doesn't appear loose, ust ugly
~ Navigation needs to be updated (New neighborhoods do not exist in system)
~ Black rock chip on front "nose" (can send a photo upon request)
Vehicle passed Texas state inspection in March, e have the title in hand ready for new owner. Vehicle is also listed locally for sale so we reserve the right to end auction at anytime. Vehicle will be sold as-is with NO warranty OF ANY KIND. No returns, o refunds, tc.. Please check with your state to verify that you may register a REBUILT title since this vehicle currently has that title status. Return because you can not register in your state are NOT an option so please do your due diligence before bidding. Additional photos can be sent upon request. Anyone who wishes to view the vehicle in person before auction ends, ou are more than welcome to do so. Please either bring your mechanic to our North Fort Worth, X 76179 home or we will take to a mechanic of your choosing (at your cost) within a 10 mile radius of our home. All sales will be final. $500 deposit due within 24 hours of auction end either via paypal or in person. Remaining balance due within 7 days of auctions end. Deposit will not be returned for any reason. (funding issues, uyer changing mind etc are not valid reasons) If you wish to ship the vehicle, e will gladly meet shipper within a 10 mile radius but any and all shipping cost are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Payment must CLEAR our bank prior to the vehicle being shipped.
She is a non smoker and has no children so back seat has seen little use.
