2001 Isuzu NPR HD BOX TRUCK 18'

This 2001 Isuzu Box Truck was purchased in 2005 from a commercial truck dealer in Ohio with 156892 miles on it (shown on the title). This truck has been my best work horse in the small fleet of trucks we have. With newer diesels having so much more government emissions stuff on it, his truck has been much more reliable than my newest trucks. The truck, ow, as almost 245,000 miles on it. The truck runs great and strong. Transmission is tight. Air conditioning is not cold but we have charged it a couple times over the years and it has gotten cold again. The truck leaks some oil but it is hit and miss on why or when it leaks. Sometimes we've seen some oil and sometimes we haven't. We had one dealer look at the truck and they thought it may be a rear main. There is a good amount of wear on the seats and interior but everything functions as is, specially for a work truck. The truck has been touched up over the years with new paint and fixing of the box in areas to clean it up. There is a lift on the back that works great and sits nice and level when up at the box level. The box itself is 18' long. The truck fires up great and seems like it will run forever. We have doneroutinemaintenance all the years we've owned the truck... fromoil changes and trans fluid changes to brakes and so forth. The vent in the roof of the cab leaks a little when it rains. The latch on the back door has come off recently and could be put back on easily. It may need a new piece of wood at the bottom for it tosecure correctly. You will notice that there is a strap holding the door down. The rollers will either need to be replaced or greased so the door opens more smoothly. There is an ABS light that has been on for years and a blinking light which, ccording to the dealer, s something with the injection pump but didn't need to be replaced. It has been this way almost since we bought it. Tires are in good shape. I feel pretty confident that someone could pick this up and drive it a long distance as it runs great and really has no immediate problems.
