Alright, you are looking at a great example of a very rare 2000 Isuzu Vehicross. If you know what your looking at, I won't bore you with the rarity. If you are unfamiliar with a Vehicross, take some time to research them, they are quite an amazing vehicle. Enough of that, let's get to mine. I will start by saying, I have never taken it out doing any serious offroading, mostly just light trails, but don't get me wrong, it is very capable and ready. The TOD "TORQUE ON DEMAND" System works flawlessly. Even with large tires, it has no problem keeping up or even passing people at 70 mph.
I will just list what I have done to it-
5" Calimini Air Coil Lift, they can be aired down for a softer ride
New Timing Belt Assembly- Timing Belt, Water Pump, Thermostat, Intake Gasket and Serpentine Belt
New Front End Parts- Both left and right CV Axles, upper and lower Ball Joints, inner and outer Tie Rod Ends, New Sway Bar Bushings
New Brake Pads
Upgraded JVC Stereo w/CD and Remote
A/C completely gone through at the beginning of the summer, Reman. A/C Compressor and New Blower Motor(A/C and blower work great)
Newer 315-75-18 General AT Tires, than 2000 miles on them
K&N Style Air Clean
Stock Gray and Black Leather Ricaro Racing Seats
Hood scoop- came off a Subaru WRX, it is non-functional (no hole in hood) I was going to put a super charger on it, but decide to sell instead
Yakima Roof Rack
All fluids recently changed, including filters
2- 6" Spotlights on Front
4- CRE Spotlights on Roof Rack (not wired yet)
Since I have owned it, I have meticulously, took apart, fixed or replaced any thing wrong with it. All dash lights, switches, gauges or any other features work as they should*.
Here are the only bad things worth mentioning-
Power Steering Line has a small leak, just a drip here and there, nothing too bad
Clear Coat is peeled and bubbled in a few small areas, again nothing too bad. Infact, I was just going to wrap it since there isn't that much painted surface
Drivers window has same issue all other Vehicross vehicles have, the drivers window needs assistance to stay on track
Bottom line is, this is a great looking, super rare head turning offroading beast, that runs and drivesgreat, even at 70 mph. Wouldn't hesitate taking it on a long trip, like we have a few times. You will get tired of people asking questions about, so if you don't know, Google it, cuz they will ask. Thank You for looking, any questions feel free to ask.
