Hey there classic jaguar collectors here is a spectacular jag . it is a 1951 mark7 and is the first year for this great classic. it has many rare and desirable features and is in great overall condition. The car is driven regularly by myself and that says volumes . I got this car from a collector down here that was just out of ambition to keep up with his cars . I bought 6 cars from him. three are jaguars that he collected from out west where they don't rust . This car is from California and then Colorado and then texas This car has lots of recent mechanical work . brake cylinders . clutch cylinders. water pump. radiator. battery. new tires etc . It is the rare C TYPE engine and has the 4 speed manual transmission. also has the factory sunroof . and even has the rare sport bucket front seats . nd the special headlights and rally lights. nbsp;the vin says that it is car number 70 made . it is a US model left hand drive car . the paint is black shiny and good but not show probably 20 years old it could stand a wet sand and buff. the interior is awesome and is in real leather and the correct wool carpet. the wood is very presentable . the gauges work . but the side lights just quit working no doudt a loose connection or fuse. the wiring is in very nice original condition. nbsp;it has 2 new fuel pumps and both tanks were removed and cleaned . the motor sounds like new and it starts right up with the auxiliary starting carb perfectly adjusted . The engine compartment is all original and stock . nbsp;the car has great patina and is just plain awesome to look at . it is very rare to find one of these in this condition as these are very expensive to restore . the chrome is getting tired here and there but the rear bumper and liscense assembly were rechromed recently the side chromes are pitted but this is still a very handsome car . The under carriage is in fantastic condition as is the body . I think that this car is worth 30 to 40 thousand but I really don't have many to compare it to . as all I see on here are rough cars with cheap vinyl interiors etc . Some of the parts in the trunk go to my other mark mk 7 which is a 1956 . I can get the car shipped to the port of Houston texas for 300 dollars . the car is for sale locally and is subject to prior sale . I am selling the car as is due to its age .
