This is a low-profile Jaguar that is pure stock and original in appearance. unless you look underneath the hood or apply the accelerator with authority. The high performance 350 cubic inch fuel-injected V8 fits perfectly under the hood. Over $18. 00 was invested in the engine and transmission alone. This power plant features custom headers & a dual exhaust system that sounds excellent. The engine compartment also houses a serpentine belt system with air conditioning and power steering. An Optima redtop battery has been installed. The original firewall. inner fenders. and core support sheet metal is in very good condition throughout. The transmission is a special Jasper Performance 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission paired with a 3. 54 rear end gear ratio. Open the doors to high performance and luxury. This interior has been mostly restored and is in excellent condition. The leather was replaced. The headliner has been replaced. The carpeting was replaced. Rubber seals have been replaced throughout. The upholstery has been redone (leather) while the dash and instruments are fully functional. including the tachometer. The factory shifter controls the special 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission. The upholstery is in beautiful condition front to back. This is a car to be proud of. The door panels are clean and detailed. The door undersides are excellent. The undercarriage condition is indicative of a dry climate Jaguar. You can see the custom dual exhaust system shows well. Also the suspension has been overhauled. Stopping duties are handled by the factory 4-wheel-disc brakes. Again. the gray metallic base/clearcoat finish shows well throughout.
