2001 Jaguar XJ8 sedan, No reserve

Up for auction: A 2001 Jaguar XJ8. Blue with a Beige Leather interior. The car has 131238 original miles. It runs strong and has no transmission issues that I am aware of it shifts smoothly in both normal and sport mode. We have a clear title. The car is occasionally driven locally so the miles may vary slightly. I have attempted to show the vehicle well in the photos. the car is available for local inspection. The car is 14 years so expect some wear for a vehicle of this age. The known defects are listed below. and shown in the photos There is some rust trunk lid under the overhang where the license plate mounts. The power antenna does not go up and down like it should. the problem is in the antenna motor. The car does attempt to raise and lower it. The leather has a small crack on the arm rest on the console. The headliner had sagged in the back and a previous owner had attempted to glue it back up. It no longer sags. but it does not look good. The engine light is on. I believe it is due to an O2 sensor. The mass air flow sensor has been replaced so it is not that. the cars oil pressure is good and the car runs fine. The thermostat gasket has a small leak so every six months or so I have to add a quart of antifreeze. There are some white scratches on the rear bumper because I closed the garage door on it while taking these photos. doh. I think they will buff out. The car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early. The terms of the auction are cash. cashiers check The car and title will not be picked up until payment clears the bank.
