Jan. 9th, o answer a eBayer's question: I hooked up my jump box today, he headlamps &fog lamps are working. The right front fender lamp (top)and left rear tail lamp are out, he other opposed twolights were lit. The turn signals, ornor the wipers did not work. The Amp gauge had life. I did not try to clean any connections or check the bulbs. There is a fuse missing (1of4) in the fuse block, switched a fuse around but no changes. The starter operated from the push button on the dash, ut just spins, he bendix drive is not engaging. The radiator is just sittin, not secured,in the engine compartment and the grill is now in the back seat. I put a socket on the crank pulley and could easily turn the engine, ut only for a very slight amount. It is not seized, ut I did not want to force anything. I am not sure if it is the started drive or something else preventing it from turning a complete revolution? The pistons in the carburetors move freely, ut I did notice the linkage is stuck / frozen from sitting.

There was no money in the glove box... film at 11:00

Please, f you have concerns about the lights working on this car... I'm pretty sure this Jag is not for you. Regards, ersey Joe
