We recently received a negative feedback from a customer who paid in full through Paypal. We only accept deposits of $500 on Paypal. We refunded customer and waited 3 weeks for customer to send payment. We never received payment or established any form of communication with customer. We then auctioned car off and received a positive feedback with that transaction.
