1997 Jaguar XK8 Base Convertible 2-Door 4.0L

Very nice 1997 Jaguar XK8 convertible with only 81. 52 miles for sale. This car has been lightly used as a weekend car for the last 7-8 years. Very well maintained with only a few minor cosmetic defects. The only technical issue is that the traction control message comes on frequently (see picture). This message has come on and off for several years and did not effect the drivability of the car. It has never been in an accident. it is clean and straight and has no rust. The top is in good condition as well as the interior. Non-smoking car. In the last two years/2500 miles the front brakes were replaced. 2 new Bridgestone tires (75k mi) were added. nbsp;alignment service. transmission rebuilt (solenoid. clutch. seals & gaskets). rebuilt ECU and throttle body. This is a very nice running car and has been well taken care of by the same owners since 2002. This is a very classy car and we hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we have over the last 13 years.
