2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8 SRT8 6.1 Hemi 425HP SUPER CLEAN needs trans

I bought this truck less than 2 months ago from the original owner. I wanted a daily driver that was reliable but also fun to drive. I had the truck shipped from TX and was blown away how nice it was. The interior literally looked brand new. Almost Zero wear even on the driver seat. I drove it back and fourth to work for a few weeks without any issues and then on a trip about 120 miles away. I felt the torque converter unlocking and locking in high gear. I knew it wasn't normal but I wasn't too concerned at first but then it wouldn't shift out of 2nd gear at all. Its currently at a transmission shop and they said it will be less expensive to replace the transmission then to overhaul it. I figured I would offer it up as is before I spent the money to have it repaired. Its still moves but the computer has it in limp mode so it just stays in 2nd gear. It will need to be trailered though it will easily load on a trailer or car carrier. It runs as good as new. It has never given me a problem. I have used it as my daily driver between Houston. San Antonio and Dallas. Majority of the miles are Highway. Garage Kept and I always tried to park as far away from other cars as possible. This Jeep is in excellent shape inside and out. No rips or stains inside. Passenger and Back seats look new. Mobil one used and changed at 3-5k intervals depending. Radiator flushed every year. Trans Flush yearly as well. Recently Performed Trans Service and Trans Filter change. I purchased a new SRT as my daily driver and I was planning to keep this SRT8 forever. however a new baby changes things. Mods are tasteful and based on reliability. New Fluidyne Radiator with new Mopar coolant and hoses (@ 150k miles). K&N CAI. New Battery (kept on battery tender). New Koni shocks. BWoody Sway Bar Links. New Spark Plugs. New MDS Coil Packs all installed at 110k miles. Additional: Stop-Tech rotors and pads - recent. This Jeep is good to go. Looks fantastic and a ton of fun to drive! Minor fender bender back in 2011 hit in rear quarter panel at low speeds at intersection. No airbag deploy. no broken tail lights or headlights. replaced a bumper cover. rear wheel .
