1979 Jeep CJ7

For sale a 1979 Jeep CJ7 with a golden eagle emblem. This Jeep has a tach. clock. and has 27. 61 miles on it since it was restored. It was restored by the owner of our local Chevrolet Dealership. 18 years ago. Matter of fact I told him that I had bought this jeep. and he came and looked at it. and told me to the extent that he had built it. When he first got the jeep over 18 years ago. it was a tan Jeep with a gold eagle emblem. and he wanted it to be white. Not long after he restored it. he sold it to another gentleman who is a friend of mine. and lives here local in our town. who only kelp it for a short of time. He sold it to another friend of mine. which is a North Carolina State Patrol Officer. and he had it for 15 years. Actually he bought it for his wife. had always promised that he would give me first shot. if they ever sold it. The Jeep is a 304 4speed. . as you can see the body is sound. and it is mechanically great. I would drive it to California in the morning. You can see that it has a 3 inch lift kit. that was done right. and the tires are almost new. mounted on champ 500 aluminum wheels. If you are a Jeep lover of the 70s and 80s you know these were the wheels of the day. You will note that the front bumper is aluminum. and has an aluminum brush guard. I personally didn't like the look. but it will go with the jeep. The top is in very good shape. the side curtains are all very good. and the plastics are good. Particular that the top is over 15 years old. Which lets you know that the Jeep has been garage kelp since the restoration. As all the year model Jeep the front steering has a little bit of play. Just a beautiful Jeep. There are a 3 or 4 places that the paint has bubbled. This is not a rusty Jeep. this is a good Jeep. I thought I really wanted to keep it. but I just don't need it.
