2001 jeep Cherokee limited 4x4

i have a 2001 jeep Cherokee limited 4x4 for sale. has 210k miles on it. rus and drives great auto trans shifts smoothly. has power windows. Locks mirrors heated leather seats. It has new tires on it and alignment . trans line was replaced 3k ago. newer rf caliper. radiator and starter were replaced recently. It has some rust on the roof and under the doors. rockers are pretty good. Has a hitch with 4way plug. 4x4 works great. The bad Driver window and lock does not work as well as power mirrors. most likely switch on door)Rear wiper is missing and does not work Washer fluid does not sprayDriver heated seat does not workValve cover seeps oilHas some minor front bumper damage paint pealing. fog lites were removed Small dent on rf quarter panel Slight hum from reared at low speed. noise goes away after 68mph (not sure if it's rear end or not )Exhaust leak from hole in muffler.
