2001 jeep grand cherokee 4.0 L straight six, suv, runs, blue, well documented

Hello and thanks for looking. I have a 2001 Jeep grand cherokee for sale and heres the scoop..
2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee, wd, utomatic trans, ated to a 4.0 L H.O. straight six. (the engine you want) vehicle currently has 204,000 miles and runs great. I have a clean and clear blue tx title and am 3 owner. Also have all documentation of service on vehicle from first oil change to 163,000 tune up and everything in between.
PROS:
-Runs and drives great
-clean blue tx title
-new(er) tires warrantied from NTB
-NEW battery from autozone w/ 3 yr warranty
-NEW serpentine belt
-New tails lights (old ones were kind of faded)
-New windshield wipers
-New power steering reservoir and and lines
-New air filter (currently cold air, ill put new filter and stock airbox back on before sold..)
-Transmission replaced and warrantied by dealer few years ago
-Recent oil change and trans change
-Just charged A/C, orks great as does heat
-All dials and gauges work as they should, o lights or issues with her.
-NO seat rips
-NON smoker, o funny smells or burns
-New door seals
- more that i cant think of as of now...
CONS:
-few small dings on driver side (see in pics)
-driver side door arm rest is cracked
-Front head lights need cleaning (not replacing, ust rubbed w/ alchol, will probably do before selling)
-It could use new shocks in front, nd is missing one center cap for the driver front wheel.
