1982 Jeep Scrambler - FRAME OFF RESSTORATION

SUPER GERGOUS 1982 Jeep Scrambler CJ8 FULL FRAME OFF RESTORATION! WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING NICER!

Our intentions behind building this Jeep was to build a reliable Jeep to make long weekend canoe trips to the North GA Mountains. As you can see in the pictures, e way over built this Jeep for our intentions and it turned out simply too nice to be throwing cones on the top. We’ve built several Jeeps and this one is “to the extreme”. Very rust free tub and very minimal dents in the rear area unlike most other Scramblers. Frame slicked and absolutely every single item cleaned, anded, lasted, nd painted to precision during frame off restoration and reassembled with 100% new stainless steel or grade-8 bolts.

• NEW – Spice tinted spray in bed liner professionally sprayed

• NEW – 1-Piece rear axles by US Alloy

• NEW – 35x12.5x15 BFG All Terrains and 15x10 Polished Aluminum Rims with Matching Spare

  Jeep is perfect other than a few quirks that we would like to share:

• Horn does not function proper

• RPM functions properly but reads 300 RPM low and is more sluggish than normal

• Speed odometer reads slower due to tire size increase

• Rear seat is from a 1995 Wrangler and not brand new like the front seats. (Both of our children are still in car seats and I didn’t want to leave impressions from the car seats in a new seat)

• Full Steel Doors and Half Cab restored and ready to be fitted, ut have zero intentions of installing them

• We built this Jeep for warm weather.

• Unrestored, ull length factory hard top available if price exceeds reserve

  Obviously the Jeep has very limited miles and turns heads every time we drive it to town. WON Top 25 Best of Show in the only car show that it has been in. Jeep is for sale locally so we reserve the right to end the auction early.
