Description

This is an EXTREMELY RARE car.

A 1970 Big Bad Orange AMX with a 390 4 speed.

THIS IS NOT A CLONE. Only 122 1970 BBO’s were produced.

This is a project car. It ran when I bought it 2011, ut haven’t had time to get it going again. Assume that it is a complete restore project. If you’re going to do a ground up on an AM, ou won’t find a better candidate to invest your time and money. Besides the photos I put up, have a youtube link from when I bought it. If sold here, 500 non-refundable due immediately, ia Propay, emainder within 7 days.

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. I have a clear title.TEXT any questions. If you’re not in my contacts, will not pick-up any phone calls, 15-768-5020.

I purchased this 1970 BBO in 2011, rom a guy in Florida. He provided this

It was an original Michigan car, he owner retired to Florida, br>

that’s how it ended up there.

The car is still titled in the original owners name, ut it was transferred to a Florida title after he moved there.

As far as I know, he car was all original when buyer #2 bought it. I assume he didn’t buy anything else for lack of funs. He did replace the gas tank, hich is not OEM.

This guy had no money, o had done a real half ass restore, hich he couldn’t finish. For that reason, am not going to make any comments on the extent of the rust, s I honestly have no idea. It was restored enough to hide it, nbsp;I’ve advertised it as a complete restoration project, ou do the math and assume worst case scenario. It was a Michigan car.

Someone emailed me when I ran the first auction. He said he looked at the car before I bought it and that as far as he could tell it was pretty solid except for the trunk area. His works, ot mine.

Since I viewed it as a major project, saw no need for it to take up space in my full garage. It sat outside for 2 years, n a trailer with a tarp over it. The tarp got hot and when we removed it part of the paint came off with it. It needed a new paint job anyway.

Also, he parts that were removed since the youtube video (taillights, ezels), ere shot I removed them. I still have them, they are worthless but you can have them.

Assume it to be a complete restoration.

So before I really got a chance to do anything with this BBO, found another in good driver condition. That’s why I’m selling this one.
