1999 Jeep Wrangler Sport. 2-Door 4.0L. Lifted Jeep. Modified Lifted TJ. Wrangler

Up for sale is my biggest toy and personal daily driver for almost 4 years. As any avid jeep enthusiast would, have owned, riven, heeled, roken and build better this jeep for almost 4 years. It is now time to part ways with it and I'm certainly going to miss the tons of fun you can really have with such a highly modified rig. So here it is .....1999 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 in line 6 engine with 186 thousand and some change in miles. Still the original factory engine. Transmission is the usual AX-15 ( 5 speed ) the accompanies this year Wrangler , ut this one is a rebuilt one ( send out to a professional shop for complete over haul ) and then I threw it in myself. About 16k on it. The t-case is the original np 231 Axles are still the original Dana 35 in the rear and Dana 30 in the front both with factory ratio gears. The Dana 30 in the front has an Aussie locker while the Dana 35 in the rear has chromolly axle shafts. I rebuild the front end last fall before i put the jeep away for the winter with heavy duty MOOG ball joints and heavy duty DANA u-joints. I upgraded the tie rod for the ZJ one (grand Cherokee ) a beefier version of the factory one. It has JKS sway bar link quick disconnects to allow for more flexing during off roading. The jeep has a 4" Rough Country suspension lift and a 3" body lift for a total of 7" extra so that the 35" tires that sits on won't rub at full flex, also got rid of the fenders as you can see on the pics for more flexing room. The tires are 35 x 12.5 R15 General grabber and have less than 500 miles on them. Under the hood there's no upgrades except for the red top battery that powers the jeep. It has a new alternator and belt. New rear brakes with drums and everything. In the front and rear it has smittybuilt heavy duty bumpers. Stinger on the front and regular style in the back with a new 35 super swamper TSL for spare. Cobra CB radio with a ridiculously long antenna :) CD player with am/fm radio 8000lbs winch on front. Not working properly, onestly not sure what's wrong with it but it may need to be re!placed soon.The frame itslef is pretty solid and no significant rust but the tub has some rust than sooner than later will need repairing.When I first bought the jeep I did a lot of rust repair in some of the floor panels and floor supports that held the body mounts. Some other will need attention soon. Jeep just passed inspection last month and is good until next July.This jeep is very roadworthy and could even be used as a daily driver as i did for the first 2 years, hat is if you dont mind the 10MPG you will get :) but If you are looking for a smooth and comfy ride please disregard this ad, his is a lifted jeep and although it has no problem getting up to 65 and cruising smoothly on the thruway while on cruise control you will not experience a confy ride thruought the incredibly bumpy roads of the city. But take it off road and it's a whole different story, eel free to crawl your way up some rocks perhaps a water crossing of a feet or two or dip it in a mud bath of a couple of feet to start your wheeling day; and that....is what you are really paying for. I am currently daily driving it so if you are seriously interested in buying it you are welcome to come take a ride in it and test drive it. Please only serious buyer, am not looking for trades of any kind, ot a bike or a four wheeler or any other cars, ash is the only way for you to own this jeep.
