JEEP LIBERTY CRD
OK... SEND ME OFFERS! I'm motivated to get this thing out of my way.
I really wanna sell this thing to someone who will appreciate all the time and money put into the full mechanical restoration of this Jeep. Full of torque and a blast to drive around town.
The goods:
JUST installed all this... VERY expensive. Because my parents said they wanted the Jeep, hen they changed their mind, nd don't want an SUV now.... So now I'm taking a HUGE loss on all of these upgrades and parts....
BRAND NEW as of June 30th:
Timing belt and all the Rollers, ensioners, ater pump Mopar Radiator Serpentine belt & tensioner, Fan clutch Transmission 100% new internals, lutch packs (upgraded), alvebody (upgraded), Suncoast Billet torque converter
….about $5000
NEW OME HD 2.5” Suspension lift from Rockyroad Outfitters This includes all of their upgrades, ncluding the aftermarket upper a-arms.
NEW Mopar Towing kit installed w/ Mopar 7pin harness
BFG KO 's (x6) that's right! two spares! … these should last the new owner way over 140k miles if rotated every 5k miles
Kenwood Excelon 994 Professionally time-delay adjusted each speaker for the driver.
Has the Green Diesel Engineering Eco-tune (we did 29mpg driving to San Diego !) if you want to upgrade to the high performance tune, t's only $100
I get 20 MPG City and the wife gets 23 MPG (i must have more fun than her)
Rockers were replaced @ 99k, verything was done by the dealer (except the machine work, hat was done by a race shop in Long Beach) and I have records of all the work. These are known to break the rockers if the propper oil wasn't used along with the stupid EGR that pumps crap into the motor. With the ECO tune and new rockers, he motor wont have these defects any more. After break-in, NLY Shell Rotella T6 has been used with NAPA Gold oil filters. (keep this up, nd she'll make it to 300k/mi, asy)
... any questions? just shoot em over.
Major Service history (other than oil changes).... 86k Transfer case, ront/rear differential and transmission flushed. (Due again soon) 91k New window regulators New brakes 96k New MAF sensor 99k New valves & lifters Power steering flush & rebuild 117k
Samco Boost hoses New sensors on input and output of motor and transmission (all of them) [$300] New MAP Sensor New tires & wheels [$1600] Lift kit... New shocks (OME) F&R New springs (OME) F&R New bushings New extended bump stops New Rocky Road Upper A-Arms w/ greasable Ball joints 123k Gates Timing belt Graf Water Pump (metal impeller) Serpentine Belt & Tensioner Thermostat Radiator Fan Clutch Transmission Torque Converter
Things to note:
CV on the driver side tore 100miles after replacing it. this was caused by not waiting for the lift to settle before replacing it.
Email me for a full copy of the Carfax report It's %100 clear and shows Dealer visits.
Be sure to read the newbies guide on lostjeeps.com before buying CRD liberty. These are problematic if not modified like I have done. Especially if the wrong oil is used (dealers use the incorrect oil all the time)
I have owned the jeep for a very short time and have over $17,000 invested in it [original purchase, ervice, nd upgrades]. It's very rare to find one of these that has been taken care of properly and with all the upgrades. There are a few others out there for sale, ut not with a rebuilt & upgraded transmission. When my transmission guy opened things up. He called me and highly recommended upgrading, ll the clutch packs were “toast”.
