2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo leather nav roof v6

I am finally selling my 2005 Grand Cherokee Laredo. I have owned the car since 34k and have used synthetic oil (3,500 mile intervals) and 93 octane gas since I first bought the car 7 years ago. Tires were replaced less than 5,000 miles ago,Michelin ($900). I have taken a photo of all the negatives about the car, river seat, ear bumper scratches, assenger fender scratch and front bumper with minor wear. All the mechanics run great but the rear differential needs to be rebuilt. My mechanic expects $500 worth in repairs. Everything else in the car runs excellent. The O2 sensors have always been a pain in the butt and I haven't replaced them in the last 30K so the check engine is on for it. I have the codes if you want to verify. Please look at the pics and ask questions if needed. The vehicle is available for local pickup or shipping at buyer's expense. I will not release the title until all funds are collected and cleared. I do have a free and clear title immediately available.
I have deducted $1,000 for the rear differential and the o2 sensors.
