Jeep Cherokee 1995 Red

This has been my daily driver up until last month.I am the fourth owner of this vehicle.NJ inspection is good through 07/2017Vehicle is located in Langhorne Pennsylvania

ISSUES
~Air conditioning evaporator core is broken and has been removed(a/c was working perfectly prior)
~Water pump is leaking and needs to be replaced (it is leaking coolant so it should be replaced before it is driven)
~Left rear door handle does not open from outside
~Right front window sticks if rolled down all the way(door panel is removed and in the trunk, een in photos)
~Hole in the front passenger floor under carpet due to floor board rust

Vehicle is being sold as is and it is suggested at pick up you either tow or flat bed it due to the water pump coolant leak. Driving with a coolant leak is done at you own risk.
Other than the issues noted (of which are mainly minor) this is a great vehicle after all it's a Jeep!
