Vehicle Condition and details

You all have heard the saying, They are only original once”. How true that is and here is an example of an iconic muscle car that has truly survived in excellent condition. This car is something special. It is a '69 Mach I that is in original condition. It has never been repainted and has original 22800 miles. This fabulous Mach I has power front disc brakes, ower steering, ir conditioning that blows cold and tinted glass. The engine is a powerful 351 Windsor, hich purrs like a kitten. The transmission is a 3-speed FMX automatic. The engine compartment is in unreal condition for being 46 years old. The engine has never been repainted and still has all original markings and decals from Ford. A few bolts, oses, nd minor upkeeps have been done, sing date coded compenents where possible. The ORIGINAL Candy Apple Red paint is just amazing for it’s age. One can tell in very few areas it is wearing thin for constant care it has been given over the years. The interior is beautiful and still look new. Everything works great. The tires are original style Goodyear polyglass F70 x 14 wide oval radials. This car is so original the headlights are even Fomoco. I can't stress enough how clean this car is. This is a rare and true survivor car with the Marti report. It runs and drives great. Other than correct, nd in most cases date coded maintenance items, t has all of its original components, aint and trim. You can see from the photos that it has been very well maintained. The paint is very nice given that it is the original paint. It is a bit thin on some of the edges and has a few minor chips and touch ups, ut that only adds to the integrity of this car. Everything works as it should, lthough the clock is temperamental at times.

This is a investment grade Mustang. In 2007 this car sold at the Barrett Jackson sale in West Palm Beach for $46200. You can purchase this car now for thousands less!

Cosmetics

Paint is very nice and the original color and original paint. It has been touched up in a few very small areas. The body is rock solid and straight with no rust and no signs of repair. The floors are extremely clean with no undercoat or damage of any manner.. The trunk is very clean with no damage, ncluding the jack and tools, nd correct spare.

The glass is all in excellent condition. The doors open and shut nicely. The original inspection markings are evident throughout the car.

The bumpers, hrome and stainless are very nice condition. The other trim is in very good condition.

The interior is the original black comfort weave. The carpet has the original red mats sewn in as they came from the factory. Near mint rim blow wood wheel, actory gauges, onsole, riginal shifter, added dash, eat belts. Very nice headliner and trim..

Mechanical

Engine runs great, o problems or funny noises; actually it is one of the quietest engines I have heard. It has been recently serviced. The power steering system, nd shocks have been replaced, ut the original components will go with the sale.

Transmission shifts smooth – and correct.

Steering is straight and solid.

The brakes are factory Power Disc type and work correctly

The exhaust is factory style dual exhaust and in excellent shape.

Overview

This is a great example of a stock 69 Mach 1 with great colors It will make someone a proud owner. You won’t be able to wait to show it off. I receive compliments each and every time I take it out! It drives extremely nice, o rattles or noises. Very tight indeed! This Mustang is a fantastic investment as these cars are the ones to collect and are rising in value every day. The car sold at the Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach auction in 2007 for over $46200. I have the results from that sale showing this car, ith 21224 miles then.It is the buyer at that sale that I bought this car from.

No surprised or excuses, hese cars are only original once. It is a very nice driving muscle car. The car sounds great and draws a lot of attention whenever I drive it.
