Here is a project that I have been very proud of. It started off as a rust free 2000 TJ with 111k miles. There were countless hours over an 8 month span building it. I had help with a local off-road shop setting the engine, ears and suspension. Doing a walk around yesterday, wrote down everything I could think of. The build was completed in 2010 and 5024 miles have been put on it since it was built. I can tell you this jeep is a pure joy to drive. You can cruise at 70 while drinking a cup of coffee. It’s probably the most fuel efficient TJ on the road. Here is the list of parts put into this build:

-1990 6BT 12 Valve Cummins that had 80k. Motor add on’s include 3200 RPM spring, D Performance 40hp injectors and BD Performance Super B 74mm turbo, iller dow pin fix

-150 Airdog Fuel/ Water separator Pump System

- Custom Afco Racing Radiator with dual electric fan’s

-Remaned NV4500 Transmission with a built 231 transfer case and custom HD drive shafts

-Reinforced 9” Rear with a TruHi9 Center 411 gears and Detroit locker

-Reinforced Dana 44 Front with 411’, etroit’s and Warn hubs

-6’’ BDS Suspension with fox shocks and steering stabilizer

-Custom built Aluminum fuel cell in a Kilby Skid pan

-Currie rear Anti-Rock sway bar

-Dual rear mounted 850 cranking amp batteries

-20” Fuel wheels on 37” Interco M-16 tires

-Powder coated Poison Spyder rock sliders, ” Bushwacker fender flares, ront and Rear Rampage bumpers with built in fogs lights, mittybuit X20 10k lbs winch with synthetic rope, 2” Rigid Industries light bar on the bumper with 50” Rough Country over the windshield, ornblasters 4 horn train whistle set, best top with tinted rear plastic windows and a AEV hood

-Interior add ons include a fully welded and powder coated Gen Right roll cage, custom fit Autometer gauges with volt, PM, PH, ater temp, uel level, uel pressure, il pressure and turbo boost, ony head unit with 2 custom fit 10” shallow subs molded into the underside of the rear seat and neoprene seat covers.

After the fitting of the drive train, he jeep was fully stripped down. The Body was sent to a local body shop where it was put on a rotisserie. The complete underside, heel wells and interior where Rhino lined. The $8500 paint job looks amazing and the details go all the way thru the jams and inside the tailgate. All the parts listed above were brand new with exception to the rebuilt engine. As you can see no expense was spared. This is a jeep you can drive across country with no worries. The only reason for the sale is just lack of use. I opened a business 2 years ago and have zero free time for anything. I pull it out of the garage every few months, et is run for a little bit and wipe it down. This jeep fits in a standard 7’ garage door with about an inch to spare.
