2002 Jeep Wrangler SE Sport Utility 2D 4WD

I am selling a used 2002 Jeep Wrangle SE. Condition is typical for a 2002 Jeep with 170k+ miles. The manual transmission shifts smooth. I have not had a problem with the engine consuming oil but again it has 170k+ miles. 4WD High and low work fine. Used primarily as a property vehicle.
New/Recently Replaced (< 2 yrs.)

• Soft Top Tan (tinted) + Cover
  
• Exhaust Manifold
• Head Gasket
• Master Brake Cylinder
• Rear Brakes
• Front Brakes
• Transfer Case Fluid (Castrol oil)
• Front and Rear Axle Fluid (Mobil 1)
• Rear Seal on Transmission

Couple Things to note:

• CD player does not work but the radio works fine
• A/C does not blow cold air (I have not tried to recharge it (soft top))
  
• Power Steering Box leaks (Lucas Oil "Power Steering Stop Leak" has helped but we do not drive it enough to really know if it will stop the leak)
