Rust free all the way around
My Jeep is my pride and joy. It has been well maintained and cared for like a child. That does not mean that it has not been off-road. I in fact, ave taken it trail riding many times with my wife and kids. However, t does mean that I did not abuse it, ake it through heavy mud, r neglect it. It is my daily driver (except for right now, ecause it is for sale and you are obviously looking at it). I tell you this so you know that it is mechanically sound and very road worthy. It is also very trail worthy. I am selling because A. I am unable to use it as it was intended to be used right now, . My priorities have changed, nd C. I am trying to become as debt free as possible while my wife pursues a new career. If you will take the time to review the Blue Book Value compared to the rust free, pgraded Rubicon you see in front of you, ou'll soon realize that the asking price is very fair and friendly.
Please feel free to call/text me with any and all questions, nd to make an appointment to drive it. Thank you.

All of these prices do not include the tax, hipping, paintor installation. Most of the items listed are very close to new as well. I am probably missing a few more things, ut you get the gist. If you are a trail junky, hen you already understand that this jeep is priced very reasonably and well under its actual value. Thank you for taking the time to look at my pride and joy.
PS. This list is also missing maintenance items and mechanical items that I have serviced or replaced throughout my ownership. I use premium fluids, hange the oil religiously, nd have replaced several things that typically need replacing atthis point in the vehicles life. Below are just some of the parts that I have replaced with brand new items. Most have been done within the last 5000 miles, nd are still under warranty.
New Head Gasket
New Clutch
New Oil Pan Gasket
New rear main seal
All Fluids flushed and changed (including axles, tranny, rake, tc) summer 2015
Brakes changed at 88k miles with ceramic premium pads, ew calipers
New Spicer ball joints throughout
New Hub Assemblies (wheel bearings)
New Catalytic Converters and muffler
PSS. I also have several small accessories that will be included with jeep purchase, s well as some brandspankin' new Metal Cloak Dual Rate Coil Springs that match the lift.
PSSS. There is a scratch on the passenger side "A" pillar above the KC light. It was caused by me brushing a tree while on the trail. I have had a few estimates done at body shops nearby, nd the average is about $300 to have it patched good as new. I was waiting to have this done, s I had the intention of having the entire jeep sprayed ina new type of off-road (same color) paint at the same time I had the repair done. The asking price reflects this damage. I would be asking $18,000 if there was no scratch. The first option I considered to conceal the damage until I had the jeep sprayed was to install a 50in light bar above the front windshield. The light bar brackets would cover the scratch. Second option is to put a snorkel back on, ut I'm personally just not a snorkel fan.
PSSSS. There is also a small dent on the passenger side, ust in front of the door. This was there when I purchased the jeep (I am the second owner). The first owner had it covered by a snorkel that was installed, nd I was unaware of the dent. Again, his has been considered in pricing. The option I first considered until I could have it properly fixed was to install body armor in that location on both sides (yes they make it), nd paint it to match the rest of the jeep armor.
PSSSSS. I have the receipts from the "big box store" basic "kit" lift that was on the jeep when I purchased it. $3875 was the total. I have since, ompletely upgraded the entire lift with high end, remium parts.
