2004 Jeep Cherokee WJ Limited V8 Quadra-Drive Expedition Vehicle, NLY 39K Miles!

Up for auction is a very well-equipped, ery low-mileage Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 with the 4.7L V8 and Quadra-Drive four-wheel-drive system. Although it’s ready for offroading and backcountry expeditions/overlanding, nfortunately, never got to do much of this, nd now need to sell to buy a truck that will pull a camper. I purchased the Jeep in bone-stock form at 29,000-thousand miles, nd in the 10,000 since I’ve owned it, t’s been outfitted with some carefully-chosen aftermarket components. The suspension and steering portions include: a 4-inch Iron Rock Offroad suspension lift with Doetsch 8000 shocks and Rusty’s Offroad front long-arm conversion and HD mounting plate (much better ride and handling than a short-arm), n Iron Rock Offroad Steering Equalizer, ron Rock Offroad adjustable rear-lower control arms, Teneco 1-7/8 heavy-duty steering stabilizer and an Adco heavy-duty rear sway bar. A Tom Wood’s Multiple Double Cardan front driveshaft was also added to ensure proper operating angles and no driveline vibrations. A fully stainless-steel Gibson cat-back exhaust adds a great sounding tone without the “drone” or obnoxious decibel levels of other systems.

The tires are Goodyear Duratrack’s in 285/70R17 with approximately 5,000 miles on them. The amount of suspension lift was designed around a 265 tire (next size down) so the tires will rub at full suspension stuff. Given this was a mostly street-driven Jeep, his was never a problem, ut if your plans include lots of hardcore offroading, ou’ll either want to lower the bumpstops even more, r put taller lift springs in, r go with the next size down tire. The tires are mounted on black AEV 17x8.5 Savegre wheels. Up front is an ARB Bull Bar holding a Smittybilt X2O 10,000-lb winch, nd protecting the rocker panels are a set of Iron Rock Offroad Premium Rock Sliders.

As you would expect with a vehicle with this low of mileage, verything is in outstanding condition inside and out, ith zero rust (ever.) The underside has been fluid filmed to ensure things stay that way. The exterior has a few minor, ight scratches in the clear coat, ut nothing you’d notice unless you were really looking. The leather seats are perfect—with the exception of some slight wear on the drivers seat bottom— the carpet clean (Weathertech floor liners front and rear) and everything else like new inside. This Jeep is equipped with power-everything, ncluding the heated seats and moonroof. There is an in-dash CD player as well as a 10 disc CD changer out back. There are no rips, racks, ear areas or broken pieces anywhere in the interior.

The engine and drivetrain are also in perfect working condition. This Jeep runs, rives and shifts as it should, ith no squeaks, attles or vibrations. The engine oil was immediately changed to Schaeffer synthetic when I purchased the Jeep and it’s received another two oil changes since then. All in all, his is an extremely well cared for WJ that will last its next owner a very long time.
