1982 Jeep CJ-5

Re-listing this Jeep due to a non-paying bidder. If you don't have the money or your wife won't let you buy i, hen don't bid. It costs time and money everytime you list a vehicle on ebay and I don't have either to waste. With that being said; I have agood running and driving 1982 Jeep CJ-5 up for a no reserve auction. Everything works on this Jeep, ven the windshield washer, ights, nderhood light, eater fan, adio, ipers, auges. All buttons and knobs are on it as they should be. The Jeep was last tagged and on the road in 2003, ame adult owner for the last 20 years. Always maintained well with oil and filter changes along with lube jobs. Previous owner used it to ride his grand kids around the farm and eventually parked it in a shed off the barn. It had been sitting a couple of years and he decided to sell it instead of letting it just sit and go down worse than it already had. I had to put a few new parts on it to get it in driving condition. It has a new battery, uel pump, il and filter with all fluids checked and topped off if needed. Fuel system drained and any lines replaced that needed it. I put a couple of gallons of the ethanol free gas in it and it runs good. A little light blue smoke when you first start it, then she clears up and runs fine. The 4-speed transmission, ransfer case and manual 4x4 hubs all work smooth and problem free. The front seats have been recovered in the old school rolled and pleated black vinyl. Back seat is good. All seat belts are in the Jeep, ront and back. Softop is in faircondition with the back window and drivers side window having a small 4 to 6 inch tear. The Jeep does have some rust and its priced accordingly. Frame has a couple spots in the usual CJ places nearand around the rearspring mounts (see pics). I have driven the Jeep around here with the Farm Use tag and it runs, hifts, rives and stops good. If I was going to drive it on the highway a lot, would weld some angle iron on the frame rust places just for safety.
